Why UX Design?

 
Since the Miocene Epoch, which ended some million years ago, Humanity has experienced a sizable amount of customer complaints. However, a quick feature inventory of our competitors in the Solar System will reveal that humanity actually flourishes because of its fullness. My research in the field concludes that:

1.  Real success necessitates an inclusive framework

2.  Inclusive frameworks require inclusive designers (like me!)
